Q – Where is Normandie Shop located?
A – Örebro, Sweden. 

Q – When will I receive my order?
A – Delivery usually:
3-5 business days to Scandinavia.
4-12 business days to Europe.
6-14 business days to America, Asia, Oceania and South America.
NOTE: Coronavirus is affecting our deliveries, delivery can increase anywhere from 0-8 days

Q – How much does the shipping cost?
A – Our shipping rates varies depending on where in the world you are and the total weight of your order.
(Add the items you want to the chart and you’ll see the estimated shipping cost right away!)

Q – Is it possible to get a parcel/tracking number?
A – At the moment we can only offer parcel/tracking number in all Scandinavian countries.

Q – Do you want to return an item/order?
Q – Did we send you a damaged item?

In order for you to get a refund we will have to make sure that the item is undamaged.
Clothing needs to be unwashed.
CD’s and Vinyls needs to still be sealed.

Q – How should I wash my new clothing?
A –
 For best results machine wash warm, and the product inside out.
 Use only a non-chlorine bleach to stop garment fading.
 We recommend you not tumble dry any clothing.
 If your garment is printed do not iron directly onto the print.
